Getting up at 5am
Run 2 miles in 12 minutes
Rest for 5 minutes
Run 1 mile in 5 minutes
Rest for 2 minutes
Run 1/2 mile in 3 minutes
If you dont make the times then you cant proceed to the 2nd day of tryouts.
And yes I threw up while running, 3 times.
And the 1/2 mile was the hardest bc my legs felt like bricks.

Our soccer team is different. You have practice tryouts and the coaches watch you. If your not fit enough, or bad at soccer. You don't get in right before the first game. |
