Sit ups and push ups are not a way to get in shape. I have a press at my house and I go to the Y and work out daily, sometimes even Powerhouse gym.500 sit ups is equal to 10 50lb deadlifts. <--LOL. So once you start lifting....come post random stuff in the wrong forum section.

When I bench I start at 35lbs and go up to 125lbs. (about 5 sets of 8-10 reps each) When I curl I mostly use 50s as a warmup, occasionly i'll pull out the 80's. I usually don't to deadlifts at the gym, usually in my house. And for flys I go from 40lbs upto 100 lbs if im not too sore. No if you done trying to figure out a bit about my personal life...i'll go and leave this thread for a bit.

P.S Kids, don't bench with out a spotter.
