really? good, i dont want to have to do crunches or anything to lose belly fat ;_;
so just lift really large and heavy weights a few times and my muscles will get bigger? |

also, will riding a bicycle work the same as running a lot, i dont really feel comfortable running around the block with everyone watching me
and what should i use for the weights? i really dont want everyone to know im working out just dont feel comfortable with it |
