IP ban is enabling me from doing much of anything.

Changing your IP usually is not as simple as unplugging your modem for X amount of time.
Ask your ISP to change your public IP address from "Static" to "Dynamic". That's about the only thing you can do.

i can bet he already has one. static IP is when your IP never changes. dynamic is when it changes every x amount of days, weeks, or months.

also - usually IP bans last a week I got IP banned once, week later it was gone. Just ask roblox and they'll tell you how long. |

normally the only way to change a static IP address is to contact the ISP and ask them to change it, which will likely cost money and/or have a technician come out to fiddle with something.
you cannot change a static ip using your ipv4. |
