CPU: AMD A6-3500 2.1GHz Triple-Core Processor ($67.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: MSI A55M-P33 Micro ATX FM1 Motherboard ($45.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: PNY Optima 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($14.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($54.98 @ Outlet PC)
Case: Apex DM-387 HTPC Case w/275W Power Supply ($39.00 @ Amazon)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer ($19.99 @ Newegg)
Keyboard: Rosewill RK-700M Wired Standard Keyboard ($6.99 @ Newegg)
Mouse: Kingwin KW-04 Wired Optical Mouse ($4.98 @ Outlet PC)
Other: Logitech F310 ($23.20)
Total: $278.10

Without the Controller, keyboard, and mouse it would be $242.93.
It has the ability to play many modern games on medium to high settings at 720p-900p at a very reasonable (30-50FPS) framerate. Of course, with the price so low some sacrifices are made. One being the PSU isn't of the highest quality. But seeing as the entire rig is only pulling just under 150W it should be fine.

"I can't remember. I think it's II 245 or something."

Athlon IIs?
Those are quite outdated.

The APUs are quite nice for extremely low budget gaming PCs as they come with decent integrated graphics.

Does the case have a 2.5" slot for the hard drive? Also, I don't see a PSU.

Other than that they are pretty good. Phenoms are somewhat outdated, but still decent for the price I suppose.
