Congratulations! You have decided to become a Count/Duke of the Empire! The following will give detail on what a Count/Duke must do to rule their city, and what the requirements are and the disadvantages and advantages.
₪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬๑۩๑▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬₪
Firstly, the requirements to ruling a city of the Empire, and becoming a Count/Duke are as following:
1) Be Loyal to the Empire and Monarchy
2) Must be in the rank of Corte de Borbon and beyond.
3) Must be mature, and willing to co-operate.
4) Must be dedicated.
5) Must be able to use their resources to the maximum potential for the Empire.
₪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬๑۩๑▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬₪
Currently, the reason that there are TWO titles are because:
A Count administers a lower status city, their citizens are composed of Homeless, Farmers, Many Businesses and few high class citizens (Aristocrats) as well their job is not any easier then the Duke's.
A Duke administers a higher status city, where their citizens are mostly composed of Businessmen, Aristocrats and members above the Quarto Estrato. Since their cities are well maintained, most of the function of these cities are showcase a good living of the Empire.
Any member from the Corte de Borbon and above may become either a Count or a Duke. As well, any members of the Royal Family may wish to residence in a County, Dukedom or any OFFICIAL Royal Palace (That is expected to have a city within it).
₪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬๑۩๑▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬₪
Now, I will list the disadvantages and advantages of the honour of becoming a Count/Duke of a city.
Advantages:
1) The Empire will have the city built already, therefore you will not need to waste time creating a city, and probably giving up on it.
2) Having the title of Count or Duke is an honuorary title and it demonstrates your power influence within the Empire.
3) If you are a Count or a Duke, you are allowed to create your OWN Household group.
4) Minimum resources to get the city going up are given to you. (Given professional ads, minimum Government Funds).
5) The city can be governed as real as possible or as simple as you wish.
Disadvantages:
1) If you are not that active, or not that dedicated, this is NOT your job.
2) The Household group has it's limits, to reduce the possibility of Rebellions.
3) You will need to be able to respond for your own citizens, the Empress will not give you your own citizens! (Therefore, you need to recruit people!)
4) You must have at least the majority of houses in your city to be filled (70%).
5) Even though minimum resources are given, you wont be given much more. (Higher Government Funds if you have barely any citizens, more ads, more members).
6) Must be able to persuade your citizens to visit the city daily.
₪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬๑۩๑▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬₪
Now, some of the advantages and disadvantages may contradict each other at points. If your city is popular, and often visited then your Government Funds may be increased, therefore not having disadvantage #4.
As well, if you are wondering how high the Government Funds are, well it depends on the activity of the Empire as a whole. If the Empire is active, and the economy is growing, then the Government Funds are raised, but if there is no activity, the Government Funds will be depleted.
₪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬๑۩๑▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬₪
Being a Count or a Duke of a city is no easy job! But it does not mean that you will not have fun being one! Now, I have left the forum open so there can be some comments and concerns about this new system. (Yes, I am aware there will be Trolls).

The group is already made. This guide is for my Empire, not for C&G.
It's a new system I am publishing in my Empire where members of the Royal Court can rule over a city, a lot wanted to be a Count/Duke, but I told them that there were some advantages and disadvantages so I posted this. |

| @Outlaw, hey, I can be nice. But if you come here and start to troll, in a group you WERE IN. Then, that is far more rude then what I am being right now. |

| @Era, nice hat combo. Also, how does the Sir Francis Drake look like? I have always wanted to make it an official hat for my Empire, but I am afraid it will be a waste. |
