--------------------------------------Career Ranking guide------------------------------------- The 8th cadian Revolves around Commonwealth: United Kingdom, Canada, Australia Ect. So, that means you should feel free to say stuff like those countries would.
The 8th Cadian is a Regiment of professionals, a outfit of soldiers and men. Complaining should not be in our vocabulary and words such as "LOL" or "lmao" do not fly with the High Ranks. Faces are not exeptable, You ask why? Have you ever seen a real soldier say 'lol'? I sure as heck haven't. If you want to use faces and expressions such as those you shouldn't have enlisted in the Imperium of Man.
The 8th Cadian is a Regiment of comrades forged in the fire. Insulting, disrespecting or arguing with each other is not acceptable. Do not say something you'll regret later on, such as on the battlefield for example.
However, These rules will not be enforced so Hard on the new soldiers, but, that doesn't mean they won't, as you continue in 8th Cadian your expectations will be raised, Imperial Cadets have yet to gone through any sort of basic training that could explain how the 8th Cadian works, what is expected of them and how to act in the presence of officers. Once they accomplish this they will be an official Imperial Guardsman in the 8th Cadian, in which if they want to get to the rank Seasoned Guardsman they will be put through some harder trainings. Despite of that, Imperial Guardsmen should know what is expected of them and should know not the mess around, they need to be mature and Disciplined and how to present themselves when around officers and has some basic knowledge of the 8th Cadian's structure and operations. Seasoned Guardsmen are those who have been with us long enough that should they used a face or an expression such as "lol" or "lmao" that punishment will soon follow. Veteran Guardsmen are some of the best of the best and are the model of what a perfect soldier is and could potentially be.
After achieving the rank of Veteran Guardsmen you have two choices: immediately join the Kasrkin Special Forces and Shock Troopers branch or Stay in the 8th Cadian and go through the Cadian Elite ranks and work up to an Officer rank, The choice is yours.
In order to become a Regimental Officer you have to take the Cadian Officer test: The test is split into three parts: Part one involves the Regimental Commander (The Commander rank) or Carmine (High Command rank AKA Leader of the regiment). Themselves, spectating and observing the officer cadet (Cadian Flag bearer) during a training session. This potential officer will lead the training session as the Senior Drill Instructor. After approving of the officer's training methods, the test goes into part two: the Crucible. The Crucible is the ultimate test of an officer's ability to coordinate and lead his men. Not only will the Commander and Carmine be spectating, , but the officer cadet's own men will judge and vote whether or not he/she is worthy of being a regimental officer. After all, if your own men do not like or approve of you, how can you lead and command them?
The Final test is a raid on another group or defending an Imperial base from a raid. Screenshots and witnesses must be able to say that the officer managed to lead them to victory. If the server is exploited, it will not count. Once the raid is victorious, the officer may take the title and rank of "Regimental Officer"
I, Carmine don't just want to see you just doing the normal things in a raid, like just getting to the CP and suceeding a win, I want to see you think outside the box. I want to see teamwork, split your men into different squads, but I will tell you right now. No Man Left Behind (NMLB) unless they sacrifice themselves for the Cadian. If NMLB is failed, this could have a serious effect on the chance of you becoming a Regimental officer.
Being a Regimental Commissar means you are both capable of leading the mean and enforcing strict discipline into them. Commissars are hand-picked by Carmine Himself. Or if recommeded to by the Commander.
Imperial Cadet - Cannon Fodder of the Regiment - Recruit Imperial Guardsman - The Boots of the Regiment - L.Corporal Seasoned Guardsman - The Corporals of the Regiment Veteran Guardsman - Junior Elites - Sergeants of the Regiment Cadian Veteran - War Hero - Staff Sergeants / Loyalists of the Regiment Cadian Support - Combat Initiated - Sergeant Majors / Specialists of the Regiment Cadian Flag Bearer - The VIP - Colour Sergeant / Second Leftenant of the Regiment Regimental Officer - Junior Officer - Leftenants of the Regiment Regimental Commisar - Officer - Captains of the Regiment Commander - Second in Command - Field Marshal of the Regiment High Command - Commander in Chief / Leader of the whole Regiment.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------Regimental Elites----------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The regimental Elite ranks:
All of the other Ranks from Imperial Guard to Veteran Guardsman will have high expectations, therefore they will get more strict discipline. When you are a Regimental Elite, the Higher Commands aren't so Hard on you, Unless you are a Cadian Veteran. But, you will be expected to be better than the rest, so no slacking off, when you are a Regimental Elite (Excluding Veteran Guardsman" You will get better and more intense training, also you will be taught some hidden techniques.
Regimentnal Elite is also know as 'Cadian Command Squad' They rank from: "Veteran Guardsman" "Cadian Veteran" To "Cadian Support" To "Cadian Flag Bearer"
You become these ranks by staying in the Cadian and not going onto the Kasrkin and Shocktrooper Regiment. Each of the Ranks have their own meaning:
Cadian Veteran: You are heading somewhere in the Regiment and you assist all of the Cadian ranks, no matter what and you will always follow orders.
Cadian Support: When You are Cadian Support it means you have proven your loyalty and you are more trusted in the Cadian, By 'Support' it means you can revolve around (If the tools are avaliable): Heavy weapons, Such as: Sniper, Rockets or any other Launchers, Minigun or any other weapons that may do a greater deal of damage than other weapons evaliable. Medic, Must have a med kit at all times, if a med kit is avaliable that is. The Engineer: If a vehicle is persent, they are the ones to drive it and control the Mechanisums on it, that is if there is a type of Mechanisum. If there is only one Engineer present, anyone may take over the Weapon. Last but not least Light infantry: Someone needs to handle the Basic weapons, so while we got the others, they are there for extra support and are very much needed. Cadian Support are to always follow orders and are to always work as a team, no matter what: NMLB. There can only be A maxiumum of 12 Cadian Support.
Flag Bearer: The Flag bearer is one of The most Important ranks in the Cadian, Even more important than Regimental officer, but they can't give orders unless a Regimental officer isn't present. If a Flag is present they must take the flag and use nothing but the Flag, you must pretend it is the Regimental flag. And you must make sure it does NOT hit the ground. That goes for the Support too. If you are almost dead with the flag pass it on, we can't say we had pride with no flag. "Why is the flag so important?" The Flag is so important because it represents the enitre regiment, with out it, the 8th Cadian would be nothing. To hold the Flag is like holding the Regiment in front of you. "But if he doesn't have a weapon to use, he will die." Then you keep him protected, it is the Entire "Command Squad's" job to keep Him/Her protected there is only one Flag Bearer. But as said, it should be passed on but it must not hit the ground for good.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There should be no Cowardice in the 8th Cadian at all. DEATH BEFORE DISHONOUR. You die with pride, you die with your Comrades, You fight untill you die, You fight for the Regiment, You die for it, You fight and Die for the Imperium, You fight a die for the Emperor!
It is not to be said what you specialise in, within this post as you will find out.
It is also not to be said what Regiment officers+ do, the Operations are kept quiet from Ranks beneath until dispatchment.
