Uniforms already look like that and have in the past. You can get it anywhere, really.
I'd personally never pay for a uniform, but I'm sure you could get some people to buy that type.

the top part of the shirt doesen't continue with the front part, and the shading isn't even equal on the back, and the top of the right arm should be inverted to face the other way, and the sleeves are very weird.
