The answer is: YES, one of the first reasons is that:
1.) The data packets going through VPN/Proxy have to travel a long ways (Depends where the server is...).
2.) It's a free VPN/Proxy service...So you get the point! :)
3.) It should be like this to protect you...But your ISP can still monitor your activity...Like bandwidth use and downloads! _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Even though there are those premuim services like BTGuard that have 1000Mbps/Gbps Bandwidth/Internet speeds, it is not always the best way to stay secure at those speeds! _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Cool stuff to look at: Https (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure), SSL (Secure Socket Layer)! |
