This Is to anyone In or interested in the [UK] Royal Navy. Telling you the rules, what we do, people in it etc.

First thing you need to know, your superiors.

-Chief of General Staff, Sir Cooldude215. Leader of the United Kingdom.

-First Sea Lord, Admiral of The Fleet, Sir JLHL41729. Leader and 1iC of the entire UK Naval Branch.

Admirals:

-2iC, Sir Admiral Setter12
-3iC, Sir Admiral Hax0Bacara
-4iC, Sir Admiral Zivnuska12
-5iC Sir Admiral Coolkiller919

These are your superiors and mainly your higher ranking Naval officers. You MUST respect these and other RN members at all times. If they tell you to do something, you do it.

-Another thing is rules, and these are the rules that I will be looking out for:

-Loyalty
-Respect
-No asking for promotions
-No answering back, giving your opinion
-Do what you are requested to do
-Act like a Royal Navy member, remember, we are the RN, serving the Queen and Chief of General Staff
-Work hard, fight well, do well
-Stay active

These are some of the main rules that I need from you as FSL, fail one of these and you shall be either demoted or put on a exile list.

If you are a person requesting to join the Royal Naval, just read this:

-Be in FULL uniform or Parade
-Have at least been in the Police for a week
-BE IN THE [UK] UNITED KINGDOM GROUP!
-Plus for a quicker way and to have more of a chance to get in, Private message me- First Sea Lord and give me some reasons on why you should get in
-Be a BRITISH CITIZEN, not in the Immigration office

You must meet all of these rules if you want to be in the Royal Navy.

Another thing that is directed to low ranking RN members.

I don't want to hear any complaints about high ranking members. Prime example:

"Hi sir, well this stupid admiral was horrible to me he shouted at me for no reason and said to do what i was told, because i wasn't doing the right thing, i want him exiled or demoted sir, bye".

If you send me anything like this, your be the one getting demoted or exiled. I don't take such rubbish in. And if an HR does shout at you, it's probably for a good reason. But if another High ranking member also sends me a complaint, I will investigate.

Also I'm getting a lot of people not following orders and doing what they want to do, not what their superiors want. I'm getting sick of this behaviour, you do what you are told no exceptions, what so ever.

-Fleet divisions:

There are two major fleets set up at the moment, more will be coming out. These are:

-The Britannia Fleet, Lead by the 2iC
-The Commonwealth Fleet, Lead by the 4iC

If you want to be in fleet division PM me or the Admiral in charge. These are smaller divisions within the RN, to get things more structured and organised.

-The Royal Marines:

Are the Elite forces of the [UK] Royal Navy. You have to be extremely skilled to get in, invitation only. However, feel free to message me or Admiral Setter, so that we can give you a test and see whether your skilled enough.

-Trainings:

Trainings are a MUST when you in the Royal Navy and are meant to be hosted AT LEAST every other day but are normally every day. A admiral or training officer will notify you and will shout the trainings on the date or on a special occasion it will be shouted a few days before.

If you do well in a training then you may get promoted, do extremely well and you shall get promoted twice, never, never ask for a promotion. But as regulation, if your able rate and seen at London or at a base, you are to be promoted to Leading rate immediately.

-Recruitment:

If you recruit members, they have to meet all of the requirements that was mentioned above, and the person must PM me telling me who the person was that they recruited. If you recruit 3 citizens, you will get promoted, depending on your rank.

-Officer Notes:

If you a Officer or a High ranking naval member then make sure that you control your LR. Act like an officer. You lead other members and they look up to you, so perform you utter high most standard. No messing around or acting idiotic. You are also required to host trainings regularly, if your level of activity is not acceptable, then you WILL be demoted, and 3 weeks later don't come crying "Why an I demoted, when it took you 3 weeks to finally notice. You know why, earn it back.

You must teach these basic commands:

Faces: Left face, right face, about face and centre face.
Fires: Line fires, including crouches and from the floor.
Places: The places on a ship: Stern, bridge, cannon, mess etc.
Quiz: Perform a quiz at the end, rounding up everything that you taught your group
Positioning / Tactics / Teaching: Guarding techniques, tactical entry-entering buildings, Patrolling, battle situations etc.
Practise battle: Performing a battle with each other, to observe and see the skills of your men.

These all must be included in 1 trainings, any other things can be included but it has to be suitable.

-The Admiralty:

This is the central command of the Royal Navy and it's lead by the First Sea Lord and his commissioners, you have to be asked to join my group of commissioners, not asking what so ever. But other naval stuff are welcome to join.

This is mainly all you need to know about the Royal Navy, we have close contact with the British Army and Royal Air Force. Being the First Sea Lord, I must persuade you to join the Royal Navy out of the three. Everyone in the Royal Navy is given a career and has a bright future. If you want to be respected, and turn from a no-body into a Respected Soldier, Join today!

-By the First Sea Lord, 1iC of the [UK] Royal Navy.
