Make a console(preferably handheld) that uses 1TB carts.
Let's see if people are dedicated enough to download that big of a file. |

It's true, though. Developers have enough budget to work on TB games. (though probably 500 gb could work too)
Instead of prettier visuals, though, we'd be getting more content (hence why I suggested handhelds, due to their weak processing power) |

| Actually, right now it's still pretty expensive, but wait 2-3 years and it would definitely be in the same price range as normal console games. (60$) |
