I thank Thebigbluebox for the original idea - I decided to take his idea and add on to it.

This poll/survey was posted to collect opinions/suggestions on trainings and how promotions are distributed. Trainings are improving; but there is always room for even more improvement. Promotions are currently being worked on, and we want to hear suggestions from those who would be earning those promotions. Feel free to only answer questions you want, or all of them.
-
[TRAINING] A) What is your favorite training activity? Why?
B) What is your least favorite? Why?
C) What annoys you at trainings?
D) Are rules elaborated enough at trainings?
E) If you could do one thing to improve trainings, what would you do?
[PROMOTIONS] A) What skills do you think a member trying to earn a promotion should display?
B) Do you think promotions are given out too easily?
C) Other than training and raiding, what should a member be able to do for a promotion?
D) To make promotions more exclusive, what could UCR do?

[TRAINING] A) Not really sure, probably CTF.
B) SF Tournaments because if you lose or win it is usually a really long waiting period of doing nothing.
C) Standing around doing nothing at all.
D) I think they usually are
E) Include a variety of new activities.
[PROMOTIONS] A) What skills do you think a member trying to earn a promotion should display? Teamwork is one of the most important they need to be nice to other members to work with them as well as get the job done themselves.
B) Yes, very easily.
C) I can only really think of building ROBLOX places and running UCR ads. There should actually probably be UCR ads made and shown to the members incase they wanted to run them. *Coughcough*
D) Attempt to give promotions on activity. |

A) What is your favorite training activity? Why? On noes because they are fun and they help with our control skills on roblox.
B) What is your least favorite? Why? General tournaments because all they prove is who is the best they don't teach you anything.
C) What annoys you at trainings? When the trainer abuses or when trainees don't listen
D) Are rules elaborated enough at trainings? I think trainings need more disclipine.
E) If you could do one thing to improve trainings, what would you do? Make sure the trainees listen.
[PROMOTIONS] A) What skills do you think a member trying to earn a promotion should display? They should listen to the trainer and do exceptionally in all activities.
B) Do you think promotions are given out too easily? Yes
C) Other than training and raiding, what should a member be able to do for promotions? They should be active on the wall and helping members and welcoming new recruits.
D) To make promotions more exclusive, what could UCR do? Not give them at training but give them to people who deserve them. |

[TRAINING] A) What is your favorite training activity? Why? I'd have to say Capture the Flag, swords only.
B) What is your least favorite? Why? Probably drills, such as forming shapes, stacking, etc.
C) What annoys you at trainings? Well, usually other ranks act as if they have full authority over you and everyone else. This is NOT how a HR or host should act.
D) Are rules elaborated enough at trainings? Most of the time, no. I've not seen many excellent trainings since I've been in UCR. There is the exception of a few people who actually hold decent+ trainings.
E) If you could do one thing to improve trainings, what would you do? I'd enforce the strictness used at trainings, & limit the amount of immaturity.
[PROMOTIONS] A) What skills do you think a member trying to earn a promotion should display? Skill, if lacking maturity & maturity, if lacking skill. If the two balance out, that's great.
B) Do you think promotions are given out too easily? I personally think promotions should remain where they stand. It's not easy, & it's not too difficult.
C) Other than training and raiding, what should a member be able to do for a promotion? You need to be recognized by your activeness & organization within UCR. Maturity, perseverance, & integrity are definitely necessitous as well.
D) To make promotions more exclusive, what could UCR do? Regarding trainings & raids, nothing really needs to be done. However, if we're talking about communication on the group wall & group forums, UCR needs to be aware of behavior & maturity within the UCR Community.

Bad trainers making bad decisions/punishments D) Are rules elaborated enough at trainings? almost too much, in some cases E) If you could do one thing to improve trainings, what would you do? Just generally making sure the training runs smoothly, and doesn't take a hitch [PROMOTIONS] A) What skills do you think a member trying to earn a promotion should display? Allllllll the skills B) Do you think promotions are given out too easily? A bit more than other clans, maybe, but it's fine for now. C) Other than training and raiding, what should a member be able to do for a promotion? Make tech D) To make promotions more exclusive, what could UCR do? Also, on a side note. I do not like the new logo.
1) It is too small. The logo should fill up most of the space. 2) The letters make us look like UCA, not UCR. 3) Many others do not like it.
That image is better on misc. UCR tech. Not really the logo :/ |

| @Amune, CP System? Clearly you're not talking about the same CP system that has torn RAT apart. Because if you were, I'd have to kill you. |

[TRAINING] A) What is your favorite training activity? Why? I like doing a good ol' obby. It tests skill, agility, and well it's just plain fun. B) What is your least favorite? Why? Sword Fighting and Gun Fighting. They should practically be the same. I admit, they're fun, but it seems to be decided by luck rather then skill when it comes to new recruits. C) What annoys you at trainings? When someone continuously interrupts the training from time to time again. D) Are rules elaborated enough at trainings? Yes. The only problem is trainers not enforcing them enough. E) If you could do one thing to improve trainings, what would you do? Improve the trainers. They're great as it is, but a little touch up here and there wouldn't hurt. [PROMOTIONS] A) What skills do you think a member trying to earn a promotion should display? Courage. Bravery. Skill. I quote "Knockouts do not matter, only your skill matters." - Vaulcon. B) Do you think promotions are given out too easily? Yes they are. You just go to a training, do good in a certain activity, and get promoted for it. C) Other than training and raiding, what should a member be able to do for a promotion? Going over the top. Doing something so amazing it deserves more than praise, it would deserve a promotion. D) To make promotions more exclusive, what could UCR do? Bring back the CP system to make them exclusive. |

[TRAINING] A) What is your favorite training activity? Why? 'Swordfighting', due to the fact that it's what I am most skilled at when it comes to combat.
B) What is your least favorite? Why? Obstacle courses because how often are they used at an enemy fort..? And even when used the complication levels do not compare at all (A lot easier).
C) What annoys you at trainings? Having to wait for other members to respond to the shout and/or attend a training session.
D) Are rules elaborated enough at trainings? Yes, rules are simplistic, in an 'easy to remember' type perspective, and are repetitively stated throughout different training sessions.
E) If you could do one thing to improve trainings, what would you do? I would implement a lot more discipline and combat based training sessions.
[PROMOTIONS] A) What skills do you think a member trying to earn a promotion should display? First of all grammatical skills, secondly, respect of persons, and lastly an obviously apparent effort in whatever said member is trying to accomplish.
B) Do you think promotions are given out too easily? Not at all, however, biased promotions are what I feel are given too often.
C) Other than training and raiding, what should a member be able to do for a promotion? A member should be capable of doing many things to earn a promotion, such as helping a fellow member, assisting an HR in a project of some sort, or being knowledgeable as well as informed pertaining to the clan's history.
D) To make promotions more exclusive, what could UCR do? To make promotions more exclusive to the outreach of members wanting to move swiftly up the rankings, one could create a promotion limit per members, per chronological amounts, and per training sessions.
{...And that's all I have to say about that.} |

TRAINING A) What is your favorite training activity? Why?
Capture The Flag, because it encourages teamwork and communication. It's also quite a fun activity.
B) What is your least favorite? Why?
Free For All. I don't see how you improve by walking into the center of the field and spinning in circles, to end up by spawn, spinning in circles in order to get as many kills as possible.
C) What annoys you at trainings?
When members don't pay attention to the rules, regulations, or obey their Trainers orders, generally resulting in unorganized chaos.
D) Are rules elaborated enough at trainings?
Recently I have noticed rules being given more often, but I still believe that this area could be vastly improved.
E) If you could do one thing to improve trainings, what would you do?
Have trainings that involve progess.
[PROMOTIONS] A) What skills do you think a member trying to earn a promotion should display?
Depends for what rank. As it gets higher, I believe the expectations become higher, also.
Mainly maturity, and show decent grammatical skills, along with possibly fighting ability and MOST OF ALL, respect to all members.
B) Do you think promotions are given out too easily?
Sometimes, yes. However, not all the time. I don't believe "50 kills and recieve a promotion" is a good way to go.
C) Other than training and raiding, what should a member be able to do for a promotion?
Show activity, loyalty and even send idea's to their higher peers, showing they could potentially be a leader one day.
D) To make promotions more exclusive, what could UCR do?
Proper system.

[TRAINING] A) What is your favorite training activity? Why? Sword Fighting Tourny because SFing is my best skill. B) What is your least favorite? Why? Gun Fighting because I never actually learned how to gun fight. But I need to learn. C) What annoys you at trainings? People who always talk back, and complain about little things. D) Are rules elaborated enough at trainings? I think however, the rules are strict enough. E) If you could do one thing to improve trainings, what would you do? Have a ceremony when someone gets a promotion. And when someone enters a game, they have a badge stating their rank. [PROMOTIONS] A) What skills do you think a member trying to earn a promotion should display? 1. Most Wins in a tourny. 2. Most kills in a FFA. B) Do you think promotions are given out too easily? No, promotions are hard to get. C) Other than training and raiding, what should a member be able to do for a promotion? Be able to protect the fort with a ratio of 4 raiders to 1 UCR member. D) To make promotions more exclusive, what could UCR do? Promotions should be given through a system taught to HR's. |

[TRAINING] A) What is your favorite training activity? Why?
Plava Says... Duh.
B) What is your least favorite? Why?
"Least favorite"? I don't understand.
C) What annoys you at trainings?
I WOULD say people who cant follow directions, but sometimes that just makes me laugh.. (Of course I don't say "lol" in game ;3)
D) Are rules elaborated enough at trainings?
I'd say so, yes.
E) If you could do one thing to improve trainings, what would you do?
Sometimes trainers can be a little inmature, but it's not to big of a problem.
[PROMOTIONS] A) What skills do you think a member trying to earn a promotion should display?
DISIPLINE.. Also the obvious like, sword fighting skill, and GRAMMAR
B) Do you think promotions are given out too easily?
No, this is a common misconception in my opinion, there are just a lot of hard-working dedicated members who earn them, and at times it may seem like your giving to many promotions, but if they deserved it, it really cant hurt, only help.
C) Other than training and raiding, what should a member be able to do for a promotion?
Follow instructions quickly and swiftly, make tech for the group and/or art (Graphic Design), display leadership effectively, etc.
D) To make promotions more exclusive, what could UCR do?
I really don't see that to necessary, but I may be wrong..
