--{Introduction}--
[[As Academy Trainees, you are expected to read this entire forum post. The following post only applies to the Roblox Assault Team Immortals Academy, no one else.]]
Project Immortalis is designed to set up a kick start for the Roblox Assault Team Immortals Division. The purpose of it is to fill up every single rank of the Immortals Division with the maximum amount of people needed per rank. It’ll include most people from the Immortals Academy getting into Immortals, and us Managers+ hosting daily tournaments within the Immortals Division to establish your rank. However, losing a battle will get your temporarily removed from Immortals. More will be explained in this following forum post. Please note; your rank within the Academy will not be affected during this reform.
--{Changes to the Immortals Guide}--
The only changes that Project Immortalis has for the Immortals Division Guidelines is the maximum people within Immortals at one time.
Max People per rank;
7th Degree – 2 6th Degree – 3 5th Degree – 4 4th Degree – 5 3rd Degree – 6 2nd Degree – 7 1st Degree – 8 Immortal – Infinite
Total Max. people allowed in Immortals: 35+
--{Requirements}--
On Friday, January 25th, members in the RAT Immortals Academy are to send a join request into the Immortals Division. You have from 12:00 AM PST 1/25/13 to 12:00 AM PST 1/26/13; meaning, a full 24 hours to apply into Immortals. However, you will NOT be accepted if you:
-Have not gone to one official Academy Training
-If you have not been seen in any other RAT activity (raids, defenses, etc)
Once you send a join request, PM me or an assisting Manager to accept your Join Request. Once you have been accepted into Immortals, you will be kept at the rank of “Immortal.” If you wish to go any further, you must go to the daily tournaments that follow.
--{Immortalis: Phase 1}--
Saturday, January 26th, at 9:00 AM PST/12:00 EST will be the date of the 1st Immortalis Tournaments. Here’s how it works:
At exactly 9:00 PST, there will be a shout posted on the Immortals shout, notifying everyone that the tournament has started. You will have 10 minutes to arrive before we start the battle.
Once the battle starts, the Overseer of the battle will choose two people randomely to be pitted against one another in a one v one duel. The weapons that will be used will be as follows;
-SPCyclone
-Linked Sword
The battle will last until one person has gained three wins against his/her opponent. However, he/she must win by at least two points to determine a solid victory. The winner of the battle will be promoted to First Degree, as well as promoted to the rank of “Graduate” within the Academy. The loser of the duel, however, will be exiled from Immortals. We will continue the tournament until everyone in the server has already fought. Those that requested into Immortals the previous day, but didn’t come to the duel, will also be exiled from Immortals.
At the end of the tournament, we will post a shout on the Immortals Academy shout, notifying members to once again, send a request into Immortals for a second attempt. The time of the next battle, however, is still undecided. You will be notified at the time when each battle is.
We will continue hosting these battles until we have exactly 35 1st Degrees. Once we have enough, we will start phase two of Project Immortalis.
--{Immortalis: Phase 2}--
Once we have established 35 people at the rank of “Immortal,” it is now time to sort out everyone among the different ranks of the Immortals Division. Like in phase one, there will be regularly held tournaments within the Immortals Division. Again, if you win, you will be promoted to the rank above your current rank in Immortals. However, please note that if you lose, you will NOT lose your rank in Immortals. You will, however, be kicked from the server of you lose. Once the rank of 1st Degree has a total of 8 people, we will then start hosting tournaments for the 2nd Degrees to achieve 3rd Degree, and so on. This process of hosting tournaments to fill up each rank should probably take about a week or two.
Once each rank has been filled up with the maximum amount of people needed, you may begin to challenge one another for a higher rank, as stated so in the guide. The academy will continue to run the way it has been already. However, we aren’t quite finished with Project Immortalis. Yes, there is a third phase.
--{Immortalis: Final stage}--
Seeing as the academy will have taken a huge loss based on the amount of people taken away from the Academy, and the amount that will show up to trainings, we felt that there needed to be a final stage. This final stage will be focused on getting new participants into the Academy. How we plan to do this is by hosting a Gladiator Match marathon. 1-2 battles will be hosted everyday for a week, in order to gain the new trainees needed to resume activity in the Academy.
