To explain to your small mind, there's business, commercial and neighborhood parts of a city. There's suburbs which are a lower population density then inner-city neighborhoods/apartment areas but still apart of cities surrounding the main commercial/center of city.

um stop plz. A suburb is in a city, you said suburbs aren't in city limits therefore your totally wrong. So saying a suburb is outside of a city, is wrong. |
