I had 104 ROBUX precisely, and as I am into the Game designing business I decided to make a company that makes games on ROBLOX. I went ahead and thought of name, made a logo, wrote an extremely large description and went ahead to create this new company. I clicked 'Create group' and the page was loading for quite a while. I rarely have this lag but recently my internet service provider has been providing an appalling service. I went ahead and pressed F5 to refresh the page to hopefully fix the problem. I then had the error screen and I then went back to the home to see 100 ROBUX has gone. I went to check if the group was created and there was no group there. I have lost 100 ROBUX due to this problem, and I find it disappointing that this has happened. I understand ROBLOX that it is not mainly you fault. It also the fault of my internet service provider.
I do not ask for the ROBUX back, but I would like this at least fixed for the future as it largely gets on peoples nerves. |

This is actually happening to lots of people. It's either just a problem with your computer. I assume you use a PC or Mac, so it's either just a problem with your computer, I would suggest calling The apple store or the company that made your computer. If not contact the staff and they may (MAY) get your cash back.

| My computer is pretty good, and I had it checked not long ago when my hard drive stopped working so I had my files on that transferred to a new one and they did an all over check. Nothing seemed wrong, my computer is a custom PC sold to me for a good price by my dads friend who is a distributor of computer tech. It has everything you would expect from a gaming computer and pretty much is one. I can run Skyrim at 60fps with HD textures on. |

Then if it's not the firewall or hard drive, it's ROBLOX. Contact them, but not on the phone. They only bother with calls 4 cash :/
Anyways as I said lots of people are having this problem, if your computer is fine it's ROBLOX. |
