| in all of my 10 years of using computers for gaming i have only gotten one missing dll, and that was due to a virus and was easily fixable |

I have only one missing and it's that GPU Control Panel one, can't open it up but I haven't bothered to install that dll. file as I don't tend to care about going there.
*One day BSOD came and had to do restore when the pc worked properly.* |
