Why can't we have spaces in our names? Why did they get rid of the spaces in our names?
I really don't get that. Us people should have the ability to get spaces in our names. Like seriously, basically all the different websites allow spaces in the players' usernames. I don't see anything bad about spaces in our names. Lets all say that someone wanted the name "ROBLOX" so they put a space AFTER the name "ROBLOX". That would be the only catch. The ROBLOX team would/should not count that as their username. Instead it should recommend something like "RO BLOX" or "ROB LOX" or at least something like that.

| There would be some script in there that should say "this username is not allowed". Something like that. |

| Ahhhh.... Then the space in names wouldn't be special anymore. Plus on the technical scripting side bypassing filter, sorry no support. |

I guess I like it, but some random kid could decide to use their real name and stuff. (I know it's possible to have the same name and last name as another person, but still....) Still. 50% support?... |

| "This complicates scripting." No it doesn't.
| "but people would use it to bypass the filter and have an inapropriet name" ROBLOX could easily make the filter ignore spaces when checking for a bad username. |

No, they removed it, it's gone. There are still very creative ways to come up with usernames, you just have to be original.
Plus, I see people with spaces in their usernames as a reminder of what older ROBLOXians looked like. It's like a history book... but with an account... and an avatar.
Anyway, it's gone and ROBLOX doesn't get rid of things for no reason. |

Impossible scripting. You wouldn't be able to put any names with spaces in them into scripts. NO SUPPORT. |

"Impossible scripting"
game.Players.PlayerAdded:connect(function(player) print(player.Name) end
Output: >>example username
You have no clue how scripting works. |

"You wouldn't be able to put any names with spaces in them into scripts."
LOL. Read below. Referencing a person with a space in their name in TWO DIFFERENT WAYS.
game.Players["example username"] game.Players:FindFirstChild("example username") |

If somebody decided to have a cuss word in their username, like they would start out the cuss word like "s" they would filter that word just incase they decide to make a bad decision. And they could just filter "guest" and stuff like that. They could filter like maybe every letter that starts out with a cuss word. Like "sh" or "dam" or anything that could turn into a cuss word they could filter.

Support, note that right now the script for finding players is: game.Players["forza3"] But in admin commands, if you dont want to say full name, they can just say for and the script looks like this: game.Players:FindFirstChild("stealth pilot") |
