| That's always what they tell you. If the clans inactive, the excuse is ALWAYS "we're in reforms". It's so cliche it's not even funny anymore. |

I heard they decided to roll over and finally take a break.
What more could UCR do in their democratic state?
Democracy is so corrupt and nothing ever gets done. |

Tons of reforms, only because Plava literally got the group a few days ago.

| On ROBLOX especially. I see with UCR they always have those Senatorial Elections yet the same 5 people get elected every single week. It's so pointless. |

@B3n. I just dont see why they cant use the good HRs they have now, and actually get something done.
Thats what I respected about TD, is that he always made progress.... |

We really are reforming. The thing is, like EG said, until NEO is out. NEO is basically similar to WIJ's BiB and RAT'S Spectrum projects/engines. NEO intends to update UCR's status as a developmental super power and innovate the clan world further than what RAT and WIJ have already accomplished. |

UCR isn't very active as I would think. |

Well, RAT and WIJ's engines are master pieces of script and their relation to other disciplines in building and artistry. Our Chrome Corp is supplying all the developers we need. Keep in mind, innovation and fresh ideas aren't exactly something you can predict via statistical data or previous record. From carbines to ray cast, who honestly predicted that our clan world would morph into this semi-uniform code of Ray cast weapons as a standard device in weaponry?
The scripting and builds will have a new beat and I'm sure that's something we'll all be dancing to. |

NEO is our new base, that rivals, if not beats, WIJ's and RAT's tech.
Once that is released, we are planting in new policies that will make us more active.

Doctor:
If you actually think about it, UCR's activity isn't existent... Of course if you judge it at first glance that's what you'll get. I am an active UCR member. I know plenty of mid rankers who are active. The problem we have is that there are 15,000 inactive members, 8,000 or so alts. Inactive members kind of means they quit or are barely checking on UCR. So I guess you're right, but with further look into UCR you'll be surprised really how many dedicated members there are. To say that UCR is dead is an overstatement. Almost all of our members are dedicated to UCR, sadly most are long gone. |
