I'm not entirely sure where to post this, and I'm not entirely confident that this is the best idea I've ever had, but hear me out.
The veterans of ROBLOX that have stayed on this site for a long duration of time have matured past the current generation of children that have become commonplace on this site now. A select few of these veterans have told me they wish they had a place to discuss topics to people in their own demographic with less restriction of worrying about what is deemed permissible for all ages.
An example I have of this is the site called KnowYourMeme that houses its own discussion board spread out over four subsections. The one-dozen content moderators that are in charge easily keep a handle on the site's 200+ regulars that are all over the age of 13, adding themselves to the conversation over site-related happenings and topics that apply to the real world.
What I'm proposing is in no means an excuse for creating an immature teenager's paradise. While swearing is tolerated in small increments on the website I used as an example, it is otherwise discouraged and not practiced by the moderators for the purpose of being decent role models. Topics normally reach 50 replies by several dozen different users over the duration of a full day, which keeps the need for moderation fairly infrequent.
If a forum were to be set aside for older ages, more attention would need to be focused on keeping the right people in the right groups. Another site that I used to visit when I was younger, Neopets, required anyone registered under the age of 13 to have a form of parental consent mailed or faxed to the office of operation to access the forums. If anyone were to fake their age, which I can admit that I tried, the moderators would look into the date-of-birth registered onto the e-mail accounts that were tied to the user to see if they matched. I was kicked out of the message boards within two days from such a system.
To compensate for the amount of work the current moderators already have watching over would be an obstacle, but if the admins want to keep users from getting too out-of-the-line, there needs to be certain areas set aside where it is our responsibility to use this site's services correctly. After all, it just fits with the phrase that we need to start acting our age.
I would like some real person-to-person discussion over whether something like this should really happen, as it could eventually establish more model citizens contributing to ROBLOX's playerbase.
Thanks for your feedback.

| The rest of you have yet to provide a reason why this shouldn't happen. Is it because you wouldn't be able to access it? Are you jealous of those who would be siphoned out to interact with a higher age group? |

| I'd say we'd be better off without a forum at all, and I think you know why I'm inclined to believe that. |

@Magical
The first example I can think of is Gollygreg, who's already preparing for college. |

@Keelotoll, okay, we do have some 16 year olds around Roblox. But the majority of us are still 13 and under. |

| Oh yea, and we would not have too much 16 year olds around on ROBLOX, most are either ADMINS or MODS, but other then that, probably 10 16 year olds. |

Why should they worry about an area that their kids can't have access to? |

Admins won't like this idea, because they probably want to be "Fair" with everyone. Just imagine all the little kids wanting to go on 13+ and 16+ That would be crazy.
