in my school physical education is a semester course my physical education class was put on the second semester of this year which means that i had over half a year of no physical education. what has changed in me? nothing i even did a comparison, nothing has changed there are still fat kids in america, you'd think that if phys. ed actually did work there would be significantly fewer fat kids? making kids exercise alone does not do anything alone what does help: healthy diet and good exercise habits even then, the good exercise habits doesnt mean "do sports and stuff" i suck at sports but i can see improvement in running speeds if i practice
phys. ed. classes should be based on improvement, not letting all the athletic kids have fun |

| I hate having phys ed. I'd rather take a mandatory class that actually teaches me something I might need to know for my future career. |

| Well pal I don't know what state you live in but in New York you need PE right up until Senior year to even graduate. |

One does not simply
escape obesity.
No, you'll probably always be fat, but you can not be "obese". That's what I'm working on. If I can get below 200 lbs by summer I'd be estatic.
Couldn't you guys see me being estatic. |

| Swimming or running helps. We have to run 2-3 miles every morning for cross country. Still not as hard a horseback riding. I broke MANY bones from that. |
