| Honestly, no leader is perfect, but if you mean closest to perfect is, doing everything you can for the group. Represent someone with a high authority. Not some fool asking people to join whenever you see a kid getting a 9 KS (Not that hard) on COR 5. |

Properly leading a clan is one of the most complicated things.
Most people look for clans that are organized, though fun. This cannot simply be achieved without having some part unbalanced.
Same goes for being a leader. I honestly hate being a leader and consider handing down any of the clans I own. I would rather be a person within the ideal clan that can make a huge influence, such as the Second in Command, rather than the leader. That is like what I was doing in FEAR.

| An Ideal leader is one who gains a relationship with ALL of his/her members. If you do not gain a relashionship with majority of your members and only HR it will be like a typical breakup |

True, West.
Though, how would one become that form of an ideal leader without being too casual towards his/her members? |

A organized, active, skilled, non-ODing, one who wants to help his allies, and his clan over himself, not using the money for himself, etc.

Sometimes being "Too casual" towards his/her members is a good thing, you just have to make sure that you have drawn the line. Say if you and another member always play around they should know that when its time for defending they need to get out there and do what they do best. Or another way is to do almost everything your members do, try raiding with them and encouraging them in the process, Some members out there in groups like to know that what they are doing is catching the eye of their leader and to know its beneficial that they are doing it. |
