As far as mental health goes, people will like you better and you will be happier with yourself. You'll also go farther in life.
Also being a twig has much less issues and being overweight does, and you can run faster without running out of breath.
So many people would be happier if they were skinny, you know. |

First of all, your missing some words from that sentence, so it's a bit hard to understand.
"Also being a twig has much less issues and being overweight does"

our society bases people's personality, knowledge, and capability to work on our appearance, so uglier people are more likely to not get jobs
it's sad

@Super
Fat people: Cancer, heart disease, diabetes, etc. Skinny people: Maybe anorexia, but it's rarely as bad as the above.
@Knight
Which is why it's important. |

yes, that does get annoying I agree
but one flaw society is split between that AND the exact opposite
to most people today looks matter way too much |

FYI, girls don't care about muscle, they care about being thin. Who wants to date a woman who looks like she can lift a car? |

unless you are in a healthy weight range, aka NOT a twig, (average, i mean, twig-like = anorexia) then you are as unhealthy as an obese person
