I'd be happy to. One of the policies that prolonged the Depression was the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1933. It attempted to artificially control the price of food by paying farmers not to produce as much food. (HINT: CRONY CAPITALISM) It ended up evicting 400,000 black families off of their properties after Southern landowners decided it would be easier to evict families than it would be to lower production. And they got paid for it!

Which according to you helps the collective. |

No, that's HOW they lowered production. By evicting black family farms. Fewer farms, less food. The government paid them to kick black people on to the streets.

Yes, they decided it would be easier to evict family farms (thus lowering production) than it would be to actually try and regulate production.

They were told to lower production. They decided to evict their workers to reduce costs too. Their greed caused it. Not government policies.

You keep failing to understand. These are landlords who rent out land to families. The families usually pay the landlord in crops, and the landlord sells the crops. The government came to the landlord and said, hey we'll pay you money if you sell less of this. So, to sell less of the crop, they decided to evict black families. Because the government told them to sell less.
