The Stonemen Mercenaries are an aggregation formed to represent a privileged minority of the utmost prestigious hard-working users that have proven themselve's to be highly effective specializing in combat. The group itself is limited to a minimum of sixteen mercenaries due to the high expectations. Customarily, clan leaders or any other high ranking officials would resort to mercenary help if there is somewhat of an unexpected issue regarding member attendance, or clan combatant skill itself.
Below I shall briefly try to explain to all readers how the system works and any other information that you might need to know of. For any further questions that in no way possibly haven’t been answered here, please contact me directly.
[I] – Hiring & Pricing
For whatever reason you’ve stumbled across to gain mercenary help, there are required fees you must account for in order to maintain a positive relation with the mercenaries. However, before I get to the actual pricing fees I would like to make you aware of some things; please read attentively.
• You are authorized to hire a maximum of four (4) mercenaries to fight for you in either a final battle or a raid.
• Your partial payment is required before the event takes place, while the other part is required afterwards.
• Each fellow member of Stonemen has the right to decline service to you at all times, however valid reasoning will be provided by each. More importantly, the Stonemen Mercenaries organization itself has the right to refuse service towards anyone.
• Payment must be given to participants directly, unless he or she does not currently maintain a membership. If that is the case, your payment must go directly to LordVydrak for safekeeping.
Nevertheless, the following are pricing fees you are responsible for in order to gain any sort of service from us.
[1] Duration Fee – Twenty-five Robux for each ten minutes spent at either the raid or final battle. This fee is required to be accounted for after the event itself concludes.
[2] Mercenary Participation Fee – Two-hundred Robux for *each* mercenary that participates in the event. This fee is required to be paid before the event takes place.
[3] Final Battle Victory Fee – This fee is only given in the case of a Mercenary final battle win. The initial fee itself is one-thousand Robux, and must be taken care of immediately afterwards the event is concluded.
[II] – Attendance
The Stonemen Mercenaries are not responsible for your (the host) absences or tardies to the event, and will continue to charge you a duration fee if you are late to the event. It is your responsibility to notify each participant the location of the battle and the time that it is to occur prior to the event actually taking place. If a mercenary is to be either absent or tardy to the given event, the mercenary shall be charged a specific attendance fee. For every ten minutes a mercenary isn’t to arrive at the given event, he or she shall be charged thirty robux unless there is a specified excuse which both the event host and the Stonemen Administration can authorize. If a mercenary is absent to the event, he or she will be charged three-hundred Robux to make up for it. The money itself will go towards the event host.
Mercenary’s, please keep in mind that if you are continuously caught being subsequently tardy or absent, you may be given some sort of disciplinary action or fee.
[III] – Contracts
Upon entrance, each Mercenary is given a two-month contract that is purposely supposed to somewhat enforce loyalty and dedication that goes towards customers and the group itself. Contracts may be renewed after expiration depending on your productivity towards both the group and its customers throughout your term.
[V] – Resort Limitations
To keep things fair and non-dramatic, we have decided to put in a policy that prohibits customers to resort to mercenary help more than three (3) times. If things are urgent and you require mercenary help immediately, you must pay an overall required fee of two thousand Robux. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Expect constant updates in the near future,

Mrrecon,
If you're referring to recruiting someone with no ability to fight whatsoever, then yes you're correct. However, if you're looking for prestigiously elite users who've trained for months and are proven to effectively win, you come here. |

This seems good, however. Is this allowed for any group? |

Im referring to the more than 16 users who have combat experience.
I just dont see the point in paying 1000 some robux to pay for a mercenary.
When you can simply find someone just as good, if not better for free.
Its not like its impossible. |

Meh, I'm not in it as much for the money, as the ability to meet and slaughter interesting people!
Also vydrak, plan training's for the group. |

Working on it Doom.
Also, each Mercenary has the right to not only refuse service to anyone, but also offer free service to anyone without payment. Another thing, I've raised the Mercenary Permit Cap to 7. |
