I've looked at a few splashes now, and all I see are things that look like advertisements, not really Splash Screens.
Sorry. Try to think of this when you make yours. |

Well, yes, but shouldn't a splash screen really function as an advertisement? For new users, playing the game for the first time in studio, the first thing they see is the splash screen. So, in effect, the first thing they see should definitely be something that catches their eye and does not deflect their attention.
And as we should all know very well, ROBLOX is known always for placating to the newer users, in essence a 'more the merrier' philosophy.
'more the merrier' + eye catching + new user-attracting = Avertisement |

A simple loading screen would suffice, not giving catchy subtitles captivating users to use it.
Remember, this is after they have downloaded studio and opened it up. |

What I'm saying is that it doesn't have to be anything more than a 'simple loading screen,' but the appearance of it has to be captured in much more than two simple words.
In effect, a perfectly designed one should have outcomes of the three things I included. |
