| It keeps giving me a big hourglass, not loading then shading the screen white. And then says the program isn't responding. And it says wait for it to respond or close it. I wait for it to respond, and it keeps pooping up! So I am forced to close. Any way to fix this? |

"Shading the screen white" sounds like the Windows Aero unresponsive effect to me, so LOLNOPE.

| Ummm.... My PC is fine everything loads fast. I did add 1 plugin but i got rid of it and nothing happened. Yes it does not respond that is my issue. My computer is kinda old. please don't say I have low comuter IQ because trust me, I never said I was an expert. |

Reinstall Windows.
DELL(ete system32) should have provided you with a reinstallation disk. |
