[READ BEFORE POST]
Please do note this is NOT a vignette, if so then all EBR entry's and places were be a vignette also...
ALL NPC's will be able to be hidden very soon, making it a non-vignette place.
I am aware of the fact that EBR doesn't like Post-Apocalypse places most cause they lack the detail, skill, atmosphere, etc... So I'm doing my best job of making this EBR worthy.

EBR doesn't like apocalypse's or vignette's, I'm aware of that.
And I have plans to make this go from vignette looking to regular EBR entry. (It isn't a hard thing to do, I think you could figure this out...)

Also, please visit the place BEFORE you post.
Thanks for reading and have a good time.

Why is is called 'Stuck in the Past' instead of 'Freetown', where the game takes place?

Simply cause Freetown just isn't the right name.

That and this is more of mixture of 1940's style building and a post modern game..

Your get the picture once the street is more filled in.

After finally waiting 10 minutes for studio to unfreeze so I could save...
I FINALLY GOT THE EXACT NUMBER FOR: How many bricks there are JUST for the brick siding in/outside the buildings...

2659 Parts.

And for the wood planks...

1600 (Give or take..)

Umad?

Fixed the plaster wall next to the movie theater... Now you don't see that annoying red..

As for the movie theater, I've been spending that last... 3 hours CFraming the curved ceiling of it... Nice! Only to figure out what I should make the ceiling that's over the chandelier...

Mr.guest now has a over priced golden chandelier.

Don's and Nub's bar now has lights! Yay!
Added detailing to the lights...

(Please blame Firewarrior321 for this part)
Thanks Firewarrior321 for distracting me while typing this post...
THANKS... Now I'm addicted to that song *Derpy*
(Thank you)

BACK TO POSTING... Ugh fire stop derping...

Fixed those annoying flashing bricks in the windows...
Added detail to Mr.Guest's desk.
Fixed parts not scaling correctly in Mr.Guest's favored "How to Pwz" book seires.

(Not sure if I previously posted this.)
Re-added Camera Bobbing.
Cut your walkspeed to 10 when walking. Shift to go back to 16.

Fixed the sidewalk's depth next to "Bloxxer 16".
Fixed the sidewalk's .2 stud gap on the far end of the street.

Fixed :P face dude's (Bob?) arm flashing glitch.

Current brick count for the place:

12,650 bricks. (Might be more, I can't tell.)
Oh and another 1.3K bricks in Lighting...

I'm brick crazy right now cause I really want to go to.... 20K...
Seeing how roughly 45% of the map is laid out, Its very possible this place might exceed 20K.

Also, if anyone whats a mobster name logo thing, PM me... Just name it like so:

"The [You word/name here]Father"

Anyways, I've just had around 18 visits all within 30mins... Where is everyone coming from @.@

Update for Jan 15th:
Nothing, just nothing yet.

(Decal Request)
If someone is good at making decals, please PM me. I do have a request.

I love your building and the concept, however, I'd like to point out critical recommendations, since, I think that is what you want:

More detail to simple things

Floorings? Carpets? Borders on staircases? Stair floors? Stair platforms? Roofs? Ceilings? Wall decorations?

The street is awesome, but it also could use some big broken, fallen radio tower of sorts; you know, to reinforce the feel.

Other than that, it's great.

If you need any scripting, PM me k

Well, half agreed, above.

If he added THAT many decorations, the map may be too, ya know, laggy.
I used to be able to join it when it was at 7K Parts here at my super slow internet country house.

I can't anymore, but that's ok.

Lol, I'm an admin I guess incase I see that JaredValdez is there or something. :P

Anyway, keep up the, I'm pretty sure, GREAT work.
Hopefully I can visit it soon maybe even get a tour from you.

I never have met Capone. Only HAXX...

If jareds there, then its already to late.
*cough he has 9 alts cough* *cough, all has BC+ cough*

lol Waffle... Sad, you never met me... I'm a good guy... Nothing to shady to worry about, just don't go near the construction site early in the morning...
Also if you think you see something under that plastic tarp... *Says in heavy Italian accent* Just forget about it, and poor the concrete.

Candy, could you describe a bit more on "Stair floors? Stair platforms?", unless you mean stair wells...

As for the stair border, this is being in thought, I've yet to find a correct design for it.

As for the radio tower part, I'm going to add it later on towards the left side of the map that is yet to be built, this part is a bit sketchy right now. I'm more focusing on the main street/buildings.

Typicality the buildings in a downtown area have flat roofs, guessing cause there cheaper to make...

And thank you Candy. you solved a problem of mine... Something I was lacking in my design. Rebar being exposed in the street, buildings...
Thankfully, I can cut large amount of parts out by using probably my best HD decal..

Also Candy, I'm asking you a question cause I'm troubled by this... How would YOU give detail to carpet? Right now I'm just using a red corroded metal part...

Now for "Wall decorations", I've been putting some effort into making decals for pictures, working on different ways to make the walls look old... Worn, damage...

Well, stair floors / platforms are basically those little carpets you put on top of each stair steps. You could also put just one big red carpet over the stairs, and probably add little decorations such as borders on each stair steps.

Also, what problem did I solve? :P

Carpet, well that's easy. You can always add in a transparent textured decal to make the carpet look weared-down and whatnot, and make a lining border around the edges to make it look more modern, whilst you could also put circles and whatnot into the carpet.

Also for wall decorations, you could make wall pictures and make the pictures weared-down using a picture editor and whatnot, whilst you can also make them appear broken, like laying on the ground and such.

@legend, thank you.

@Candy, Hmm never thought about adding detail that way..
As for making a picture look weared-down.. I have had little success with creating a picture that looks old/worn..
