The Unvanquished - Structure V.1.0
If you want to fully understand how The Unvanquished works, you have come to the right thread.
Table Of Contents
I. Titles II. Proctors III. Clan Structure
------------------------
I. Titles
- You do not earn ranks, you earn titles. In order to be promoted to a title you must accomplish a challenge or test that is given and available for everyone at the end of the week.
- Militants and Fighters are titles to show what kind of member you are. Are you a fighter, or are you a militant?
- No rank has any right to tell you what to do. It doesn't matter what your title is.
---------------------
II. Proctors
- Proctors are veteran members of the Unvanquished. They are mature, skilled, and they help the creator out with things. It is a privilege that can be taken away.
- Proctors can only enforce the laws of The Unvanquishd. (Laws are located in the codex.) They are not allowed to order you around.
A reminder, if you break a law of the Unvanquished, and complain/argue about being demoted, it will only result in further demotion/exile.
- If you want to be a Proctor, and you meet the requirements, you must be competent and ready to do anything I ask of you. Proctors will only be removed if one of the following occur: Breaking a law of the unvanquished, refusing to remain active, or just being incompetent.
---------------------
III. Clan Structure
- The wall shall not be hidden from the public, for we have nothing to hide.
- The audit log should not be allowed for Proctors or me alone.
- If demoted on unfair standards, for instance, you were blamed for someone else's mistake, please PM me or a Proctor, we will try to look into it as soon as we can.
- In the event a member is demoted/exiled, the proctor carrying out the punishment must notify me and the member why they have been punished.
- The dress code is required that you wear a white torso with The Unvanquished T-Shirt located in the group store.
- Three tests/challenges will be hosted at the end of the week. At these events, you may earn a title. They will be hosted on Friday and Saturday EST time. Research the times yourself if you are not in an EST time zone.
10:00 AM Saturday EST
2:00 PM Saturday EST
9:00 PM Friday EST

I don't like communism, democracy, dictatorships.
They just don't work out.
ogm you did good at training *promotes
good raid *promotes*
we won the defense *promotes
don't do that it's bad *warning* There are rarely any demotions or punishments. There needs to be more.
I wanted to create a new system, of loyal, friendly and skilled people.

I don't want any traditional form of government, but I don't want anarchy either.

| I expected some kind of wacky democracy that never work out, yeah this is a good idea. Will probably be better than most clan 'political?' systems. |

Ok lego, I will refine it so it looks more like how the clan is run, instead of a guide for Proctors. I kind of noticed that too. This is sort of like a rough draft.
Sobe, let me hear your ideas and how you would run a unique clan please.

You can go for the whole "Skyrim Companions" system.
No one is in charge, but there's always a main advisor/head (the Harbinger in the Companions' case) who influences each member's decisions. |
