I created a team work obby race.
You have to get your entire team to the end in order to beat the other team. In order to do that, you have to stack to get on top of the wall, then push down a 5 stud tall, and a 10 stud wide brick so everyone else can hop over.
Then you have to stack over another wall, but you need three people to get on top in order to push the 10 by 10 stud brick.
First wall 10 Studs
Second wall 20 studs
Third wall 25 studs

Make sure the bricks are unanchored, smooth faced, and they don't have any meshes on. Otherwise it won't work.
Also, make sure that they don't hang off the wall.

Ditch the traditional
'losers on red and winners on green'
It doesn't train anyone
Have several dueling pads and try to get some subordinate officers to help out with certain individuals who are struggling.
Go over combat theory, tactics and attitude. My main concern is attitude. I had this one guy at our mobilization hub do something out of the ordinary.
"Kab, sir. Who are we raiding?"
"UNSC, just to find out what we are capable of at the moment"
"Kthx, *runs at the teleport ship* bye guis"
...
I go over combat theory, tactics, strategies, ideas, doctrines etc.
My main strategy in raids is how can I strike from all sides even though one side might fall, the others will still strike hard.
I leave the actual combat training to my officers.
And discipline is key. |
