| Guns are only efficient with melee on a human, being used on a zombie won't do anything, unless it had a Bayonet on it. |

Also, if you get bit once, you're infected.

all it would do is thump them and they'd just be pushed back... and by the time you do that theres gonna be like 50+ zombies near you ready to bite. |

I didnt specify that you were being chased by a horde, just occasional stray zombies.
also, a gun efficiently will do more damage than a baseball bat, considering the material its made of. |

you won't be able to kill them with a gun- if you run out of ammo just try to avoid them. |

I would still choose escape, I don't want to get in contact with a stray zombie let alone a horde.. Just because if you get bitten you're done |
