| I have never experienced a winter like this before. I live in southeast louisiana and i am seeing more rain ,thunder, lightning and tornado's than cold air! For the north it may be cold and snowy, but clearly the south is climate change's first destination! |

| "perhaps if you want people to take you more seriously, isntead fo being so reactionary construct your arguments using historical facts and figures" Actually, history plays a big part in my theories. According to graphs, most of the major changes in climate were caused by changes in the sun, such as the medieval warm period and the little ice age. The sun is not having any major changes at the moment, and is having a minimum effect on climate. However, there has been a recent spike in greenhouse gasses, caused by human activities. The temperature is going up as those gasses rise. In fact, the end of the ice age was caused by a massive amount of methane released from the ocean, which rose temperatures 10 degrees. A slight temperature change is what is thought to have released that methane. If that were to happen today, it would be devestating. |

| "you need to show people these evidences, break them down into everyday figures and make a watertight argument" I found most of this out a while ago, on a global warming documentary released by climate scientists. (not al gore) |

| Also, the reason i post so many is because the deniers can't be convinced with only 1 thread-- I had to actually show them what was going on (mass extinction, increase in disasters, etc etc,) |

| I live in Northern Alabama. I have heard nothing of this. But did you ever think of something? The closer to the equater you get the warmer it is, resulting in a good amount of storms. |

| I live in Central Alabama. Everything's still the same and we're not anticipating any winter storms here. |

"the most tornadoes happen in spring not summer and happy highs were below average for awhile there" Yes, the highs were, But the lows were usually above average. Mario, global warming is a fact, you can't deny it! |

Except i don't ever remember having such a high number of storms. Last year we just had a mild winter, now this year we're having a stormy winter. |

"happy, I used to defend you on these points but uh Why are you trying so hard?" Because it is just so hard to watch the ignorance of a denier and not take action. |

| "Maybe people are denying it because ITS NOT TRUE!!!!!!!!!" The fact is, it IS true. All the evidence is here, people just don't want to deal with it so the easiest way out is to deny it. |
