Hello S&I! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My idea here is for users to be able to create their own sub-genres for games. Basically a sub-genre would be something specific, but useful. For example "Obby" "Sword fighting" "Party" "Anime" "Zombie" etc etc. ROBLOXians would be able to create their own sub-genre or use another persons sub-genre. To create a sub-genre I think it should cost about 100-500 robux. And to use another person's sub-genre maybe 20-100 robux? The sub-genre could be displayed under the genre and users would be able to click on the sub-genre to see a list of games that all have this sub-genre. Also there could maybe be a tab for most popular sub-genres. You would be able to sort all the games by favourites, popularity, etc. How I think this would help ROBLOX? Well what if you wanted to play some Ro-hockey, instead of going to sports and looking for a hockey game you could just go to the hockey sub-genre, and automatically get a nice little list of good Ro-hockey games. If anything I think this would be quite convenient for ROBLOXians to find specific games. I would be fine with making/using a sub-genre to be a BC-only feature. |

| I did a 75 because it will have more mixes of the genres. Some of the games will be harder to find. |

| Forget genres. Why not use tags, which are free to make up? Then there can be a "Search by Tag" bar, which will list games with a certain tag in order of their popularity or their alphabetic name, which can be decided by the user searching. This will make finding what type of game you're looking for much easier. Now, all users should get 3 free tags for their places, but can buy more for 100 R$ each. |

I don't see what is wrong with this idea. Support. Except that some people might make inappropriate sub-genres. (Example: "HELL")

@Aqua I think your idea is just as good @Ron I agree with you, there would have to be a pretty good filter behind this. |
