I've been searching for a good program to use for drawing but i cant find any.
Anyone know any other program (besides paint.net)....?

it depends on your style try out different free-trials of professional programs
paint tool sai is good if you draw 'cartoonish' pieces, and it's easy to use corel painter is good if you're used to traditional mediums photoshop is good for everything else, but it's complex
i don't think it's morally reprehensible to pirate any of the above as long as you're not making money off of your creations, as they would expect people who pay the full price to be doing |

paint.net and gimp are the two leading programs which you can get for free, but neither are so great when put up against the others that have been mentioned if you're really steadfast in not paying money and really steadfast in not getting paid programs for free, you could always bulk out one of the free programs by browsing for 'custom brushes' and such -- there are lots of available ways to boost what's already there for you |

| Photoshop. But unless you have 600 bucks or 180 with an approved student's discount, you might be out of luck. However, there is the $60 paint tool sai, or the free paint.net. |
