No, I emailed roblox about it and they gave me a reply like this:
"Thank you for contacting us. Can you try removing the '<' and '>' keys from your post and try again? Our boards do not allow these characters." - ROBLOX customer service. |

| Less desirable solutions could involve posting an allowed link (e.g. Twitter) that leads to another link to a site such as PasteBin where you can upload the code normally. |

You could just shorten the link to the point where it's not an actual URL but we know what it means. Examples:
github: techboy6601/pythabot
stackoverflow: 17301
pastebin: a593hl
etc.
Or you could just listen to what Sorcus said.
