---CONTENTS---
1. [Introduction]
2. [Rules]
3. [Chain of command]
4. [Promotion]
5. [Bases]
6. [Military terms (Credit by KE0/OPS)]

1.Task Force-Mako is tasked as a Tier 1 Special Operations Force and can also be used for contracts like Private Military Companies 'PMC'. Based in the United States of America, however were are internationally operational.

2. Rules in TF-Mako are very simple. Failing to follow these will result in 3 warnings.
(a). Uniforms are to be worn at all times. 2.0s and 3.0s are NOT tolerated, wearing them will result in immediate exile unless given permission.

(b). Grammar is to be used at ALL times though you may choose wether to use it off-duty ONLY.

(c). No team killing. Team killing is absolutely NOT tolerated in TF-Mako. If caught team-killing with the exception of skirmishes/off-duty/by accident etc, however if team-killing on purpose you will be exiled on the spot.

(d). Addressing higher ranks: You will address all Commanders (squadron leaders) as "sir" or by their actual rank eg. High commander/Senior Commander regardless of rank. During combat, you will address others by their call-signs only.

3. Ranks go by how long you have been in TF-Mako. You will be assigned to a rank by your commanders and will promote you when he/she sees you're fit to get one.

4. Promotion will come every month. Squadron leaders and up will review what you've done in this month so far and will send you a pm to what you have been promoted to and for.

5. We do not force you to patrol our bases 24/7 because we are just a small Task force at the moment and not many groups want to raid us yet. Feel free to play games which will improve your fighting skill. You are allowed to host a raid if you have permission from a Veteran Commando or higher.

6. Military terms:
The following terms are to be used when in combat or on patrol. You are only to use these terms in combat. When using these terms include a % sign at the start, so only your team can see your chat (Team chat), we don't want your enemy knowing you're there because this could compromise the squad.

You will understand and obey the order: "Copy"

If you wish to join PICO, make sure you read ALL of the above information. Once you have, fill out this application and send it to undercoverman21 or any of the Commanders. And send a request to the group.

Reasons for denial: You are not presented well (Not in a very "Elite" looking manner) You are in a group we do not tolerate, or you have been previously forbidden to join.

When it comes to reviewing applications, as well as observing the conduct of our new members, we look at many things. Some of the most important of those values are as follow:

• Friendly, respectful, and mature
• Having a microphone for communication
• Decent clan/military background
• Good sense of humor
• Eager to learn and grow as a player
• Teamwork-oriented mindset
• Honest and accountable for their actions
• Motivated and dedicated to making the group and our experiences the best they can be.
