says they bench 180(or a different number)
a standard set would be 10-12 reps no?( or even more ) |

I do 3 sets of 10-12 Reps.
then I move on to Cardio or other stuff I have scheduled for the day.

actually my optimum repitions is 9-12 in a maximum I don't think I've reached further my dad thinks i'm too young my muscle size is like 14-15 which is a bit better than the average
my squat's pretty good but I have no idea what lateral
but I use the lat pulldown which is why my back is flexible |

your suppose to drink it when you work out.
otherwise its useless. your body burns calories and sugars(i forgot what its really called)
it basically balances it to a healthy point ofc. |

I overexageratted my superior muscle strength, true dat I haven't lifted in weeks, which sucks
I felt lazy after getting into winter break I still got dat rectus abdominis muscle |

Decline's are easier. I can do 115lbs on decline.
My max squat was 225lbs, 10 times. Legs where killing me the next day. |
