There isn't even a debate.
It was offensive pass interference.
No denying that, case closed, there is no argument. IT wouldn't have been enforced on the kickoff, since it's offensive pass interference, there's automatically no touchdown. |

Actually. Because the DB had it on the ground in the endzone As SOON as the WR touched him it would of been a TB. |
