by tough i meant men dont tend to shave their arms or legs etc
they dont neccesarily want to look tough, but women want to look more feminine
and skirts generally reveal more of a man then we want
why did you even bring this up its not like it really bears any significance |

look i dont think anyone can speak for society as a whole. people are looked down upon for wearing women's clothes.
