Dear roblox,
I've haven't played a game in 2 week's I've tired all suggestions given to me I have no idea what do do anymore. If you have anything that might help. That or please un update anything that might have cause this many others have suffer the same problem. I believe it's due to the roblox mobile or roblox Ipad update.. {Not sure}

First of all I did message them but they don't seem to listen.
Second, The issue is When ever I click play roblox says Updating then it let me get on the game then it freezes.
Description of it: It only has a white screen it only freeze roblox. nothing else. |

I had compianed to them bout the interal ban thing and i made it sound grown up with puntuation and not raqging and pretending to b a parent and that u
I will NOT be paying for BC,TBC or OBC EVER again becasue of the fact that u dont listen to my son's compliants, i exspect many people are thinking the same as me and this could be a bad choice for YOUR bissiness and i suggest you change this or try to.

I have a few suggestions;
1) Your system is too slow for ROBLOX 2) Your computer has too much junk on it (Try uninstalling things you don't need) 3) Increase your GHz 4) You need a better graphics card

| My graphic card is from 2008, it use to work fine but now it doesn't I hardly have any junk. My computer runs fast. I don't know why this is happening.... and no I don't have any viruses |

Then you'll need to be patient, and send an electronic mail to the appropriate people. I've contacted them numerous times with issues, and they've always got back to me the following day.
Don't rage, and be clear. For example, I clicked on this thread and you didn't say your issue at all, just that you haven't played a ROBLOX game for the past x amount of weeks. |

I know thank you I understand that I didn't say my issue clearly. And now I understand why it won't let me play. It's not only me it's many many user's I thought it was only me, I know now it's because of these updates. I was able to play fine. |
