(I have read the WNTS)
Dear ROBLOX team,
(If you don't want to read my critic, then jump over the caps-locked text.)
My roblox studio hangs up about all 5 minutes and if I am unlucky I cant restore it. The glitchyness of the bad copy of Virtual Studio with a physics engine pressed in is ridiculous.
Oh and next time you do a script editor update, you might add a checker which finds endless loops, SO THEY DON'T BREAK DOWN EVERYTHING. EVEN SOMETIMES IF I INSERT A FREE MODEL WITH SOUNDS THE WHOLE STUDIO HANGS UP, WHILE USING 2% OF MY CPU?! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?! EVEN MORE GLITCHY THAN SOURCE ENGINE?!
AND THEN THIS HELPFUL ROBLOX SUPPORT! I CANT LOGIN SINCE ONE MONTH, AND I CANT UPDATE AND EDIT OR FIX MY PLACES (WHICH GOT BROKEN BY ROBLOX UPDATES) AND THEY ASK ME "IF I CANT SEE ANY SPEECH BUBBLES"! I CANT LOGIN, DID I ASK YOU ABOUT SPEECH BUBBLES?! AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN ANSWER TILL NOW, I GUESS IT WAS JUST A STUPID BOT! AND THEN INSTEAD OF FIXING BUGS OF THE OLD ROBLOX STUDIO, YOU JUST MAKE A NEW ONE WITH NEW DESIGN BUT THE SAME BUGS AS THE OLD ONE. AND INSTEAD OF DOING SECURITY UPDATES AGAINST EXPLOITERS OR PUTTING SCAMMER WEBPAGES ON THE BLACKLIST YOU FIX "CHARACTER STUTTERING", DID ANYBODY EVEN CARE ABOUT THAT!?
I JUST CANT UNDERSTAND YOUR INCOMPETENCY! YOU GET RICH BY YOUR CAPITALISTIC MARKETING, BC ONLY ITEMS AND PLACES, "SAFE" ADVERTS AND MORE CRAP, AND YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE WHO IS USING YOUR PRODUCT. I HAVE A PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP AND I DON'T WANT TO BE IGNORED.
Darn it.
My suggestion: More fairness to users. Care more about us. Without us you are nothing.

This is generally addressing the incompetency of the ROBLOX team and the unhelpful support.

I have no trouble with Studio at all, other than getting a little bit of lag after about 20min in a game with a bit of parts. No support.
