The best way to deal with cyberbullies on Roblox is to report and ignore them. Every time they say something seriously offensive and/or inappropriate to you, you should report them immediately at the location they said it. (ie: if it was in a forum post, report the forum post, if it was in a game, report them in that game, etc.)
Also, simply ignore them completely. This is a very effective method. It's easy for flame wars to start on the forums that last pages and pages - only because no one is willing to CHOOSE to stop fighting. So, if someone says something mean to you on the forum, just ignore them completely. Don't respond to them. If you reply to the thread at all, reply to someone else or just say something that doesn't have anything to do with that person. That way, it would be impossible for a flame war involving you to start, and if you get involved in a flame war, even if you didn't start it, you can still get banned.
If it's in a game, message, or anywhere else, the same principal applies: ignore them entirely. They may still bother you for awhile, but if you ignore them entirely every time, they will get bored eventually. You just have to wait them out. And, don't forget to report them. |
