| Even if they are below 13, new users (under a week old) should have SuperSafeChat/Privacy Mode on. This would prevent them from getting banned too early as they often post spam like "VISIT MY PLACE FOR 100 ROBUX" and often spread chain letters. After a week has gone by, new users should be asked to read and agree to the TOS. SuperSafeChat should be deactivated from their account after that (except if they are under 13). |

| No support, if users above 13 spam then they will after more than a week. I'd rather just inform them in a more 'personal' way than just reading the rules. |
