When designing and coming up with a game idea, it's always best to think "can I do this?" And "is this even possible"?
Never set your sights TOO high lest you give up from desperation. Try not to make your brick count larger than 15k unless you can't help it. Avoid coming up with insane features unless you know you can do them. Don't make something too complicated. Try not to make it too GUI heavy unless you can't help it. Too many features can be impossible, stick with what you know you can do, THEN improve.
