Naidu, me. My mother wants to spend time naming cats, so we usually end up naming it nothing since it becomes accustomed to the small names like that of which we use to call it temporarily.

Oh ya... erm...
Kitten in Japanese is 子猫 (koneko). This literally means 'child cat'.

| -yonok in Russian is a suffix for a species' young. It doesn't literally mean anything, but it is used at the end of names for babies (e.g. human baby = rebyonok, calf = telyonok, puppy = schyonok...) |
