There's an example. What I'm trying to do is connect 2 tram cars together with such a joint. However, I'm not quite sure how to setup the C0 and C1 values, so the second car follows after... eh... maybe 600 studs away.
That's not what I want.
Anyone understand glue objects? |

| I think Stefan Bashkir knows how to do it. You should ask him. |

| My professional advice to you, Quenty, is to use more butter. |

| I suggest not using glue since it's very unreliable as we just saw in the game. |

Take the weld, rub it between your hands, then carefully THROW IT OUT THE WINDOW AND USE SOMETHING ELSE. Just kidding, use Sham-Wow. |

Hey! Mah first gl00 place! :D. But yeah, I'd say hinges are unreliable, while Glue is just plain broken in online mode-- just never use it outside of a character unless this is a PlaySolo-only project.

Well, thanks for the advice. Except for Vallindell's. I took a nice big chunk of butter, and tried to stick it on my code (Via the screen).
Let's just put it this way. I can't have buttered toast tomorrow, and I've got a lovely slightly distorted screen.
I'm going to try to put a ball in a box and see if that works.
Also, I've found that featherweight parts are glitching out the rendering of my tram.

"Also, I've found that featherweight parts are glitching out the rendering of my tram." FeatherWeight parts do tend to cause graphical artifacts. It's quite annoying. |

| Why don't you just glue together two pieces that are inside of each other and use the default C0 and C1? |

| How do you insert a featherweight? or does roblox do it on it's own? o.O |

| It's automatic. As I understand it, right now if you've got a BasePart with no textures, it'll become "featherweight"ed. |

It should only become featherweighted if it's anchored and "Plastic". Soon, other materials will be turned on for featherweighting, but not all of them. Featherweighting can affect parts with meshes under them too, so be careful of that.
