| Hello I have been part of Roblox for a year now and I just wanted to know what the requirements are to become part of the Roblox staff just in case if I ever wanted to think about trying to get the Moderator position. |

| Roblox don't make users Moderators or staff anymore since they all ended up doing their own thing, you need to live near hq, and apply like you would a real job. |

| Well if your asking then it just lowers your chances but what they do is watch users who have been with the game for awhile and see how they respond. If a user is deemed worthy enough they will invite that person to the moderators group. Now this process does take time and you really need to be directed towards helping the community and not just wanting the rank, you have to care for the game. |

You need to earn a certain degree and then you'll be able to apply for a job.
Must be 18 years or older to register. |

You've been on for a year, not a long time. And you need a technology degree. |

@firecartoon Well I'm just going off what the player badge says. If a moderator says otherwise then they really have to fix those badges then. |

@Paperjam300 Well if this is the case, yes they do get paid as they are working for Roblox and dedicating their time to the community and game to make it better. Roblox also pools in enough money from the Builders Club users like myself to pay the staff and for other investments that they see fit to get. |

| Well player moderators wouldn't get paid, maybe they get paid in Robux or something but not in real money. To get real money you would have to physically work at Roblox where you go day in to day out inside the office. |

ROBLOX doesn't accept volunteer moderators anymore. If you want to become a moderator or administrator, you must be of working age. On top of that, you must qualify for a job at ROBLOX (which is years of scripting ability and page design).
Sorry. |

| @ZOMGravity I think that people have answered what you have said before abut needing to have a degree no need to say it again. |
