I've heard rumors and seen youtube videos and dev work, but I have yet to find out how exactly.
Also, you may want to know that you can post t.co and youtube links on the website now. |

| BlueTaslem has a strange hack that abuses network latency to achieve local lighting. I wouldn't recommend using it, but it does exist. |

A .Changed on the Lighting object in a LocalScript sets all of the lighting values.
The client only ever renders the stuff after the change. Only the serve experiences visible flickering. |

| Pretty interesting, so, we change the lighting in a LocalScript, the change is rendered, then a packet is sent to the server to notify the change, the server now changes the lighting and sends packets to synchronize the connected clients triggering the Changed handlers in each client which changes back the value before rendering so it doesn't notice the change. Very clever. |

| @lombardo2 I just got a headache from trying to realize the idea. I got it after truly focusing, but yeah. |

| If you have no active player in the game, simply changing the lighting with a localscript should work. |

| If the lighting changes and nobody's around to see it, does it _really_ change? |

| Working example on my page if you need one. It apparently works flawlessly. Tested also with fog. |
