| This country can't really handle guns at all. People find the need to abuse them so bad that we might get stricter gun control laws. |

A summary of the "right to bear arms"
"A citizen has the right to bear arms in order to form a militia to fight oppressive regimes and provide for the national defense".
Hunting weapons were never covered, dueling's always been illegal, and there were no other "recreational weapons" at the time. |

Technically, at the time, every able-bodied male was a "member of the military".
Times change, and so laws need to be updated with them, restricting guns won't have much effect at this point. |
