-----Now, like most groups currently anyone above the Colonel Line can host trainings and give promotions. Well I feel like changing that. For now on, we are going to have a rather simple training style. I have seen many other groups use this training style and have grown fond of it.
Basically, it all comes down to this; it keeps trainings simple and under-control. Officer-Colonels can host these unofficial trainings, but cannot award promotions. I will talk more about how this goes lower down.
-----The shout tag for these Un-Official trainings will be [-T-O-](Example: [-T-U-] Unofficial training at wherever). Official Training shouts will be much similar [-T-O-] or the Plain old [-T-] Just mention that it is official and promotions can be awarded.(Example: [-T-O-] Official Training at Wherever. Or [-T-] Official Training at wherever).
Ranks that may host unofficial trainings are Officers to Colonels. Any hoster may host a training at their place, or a commonly hosted facility, if they have admin.
If a Lt. General or higher enters said training and stays, that training is considered official, and promotions may be given. The original poster, of whom made the unofficial training, may still control the training as they would like, yet the higher rank co-hosts with the lower rank.
When said trainer makes the training official, they will not over-shout the current training, but instead post on the wall something such as [-T-] Whoevers training is now official!
Now you may be thinking, "Okay if a training is unofficial why even go to it?" Well here's your answer. It may be unofficial but that doesn't mean its not helpful to you. Through wars and such you need to toughen up. There is also the chance that a Lt General+ comes and makes said training official.
