I was just listening to some of Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door's tracks, and the music smashes Sticker Star's into the ground and uses it as a mug for its coffee.
I mean, Sticker Star's music isn't bad, it just isn't for a Paper Mario game.
Nah, I'm kidding, the tracks stink except for Gooper Blooper's and World 6.
For me, the humble Gamecube's masterpiece is still top dog in the world of Paper Mario and RPGs in general.
Sticker Star isn't even an RPG anymore, they took out those elements and made it a tactics game.

| Really? Won't be getting it then. Super Paper Mario was barely RPG enough for me to play it. This just doesn't work in favor of my tastes. D: |

@TITLE, Y-E-S-!
That game is tied with Double Dash. In fact I love a LOT of Gamecube titles. Still, I have yet to play sticker star, but as soon as I heard there were no partners I quickly became uninterested. The game also looked less like it had that same Paper Mario feel, but I could be wrong. I heard they reintroduced shy guys as enemies again which is good since you can only fight them in the original. |

I knew that it had no partners, or RPG elements like Flower Power and Star Points. You have to collect 5HP+s.
The main town is so tiny (of the 4 places in town, only two are have buildings), no side quests in it (or at all in the game). Maybe collecting all the stickers is a side quest, but it really isn't that fun for me.
If you have ever played Super Mario RPG for the SNES, it's like that but less. There is this map you use instead like in Super Mario World, the music is like the recent New SMB games.
The bosses are either way too easy or way too hard. The final boss is very difficult, but once you us certain sticker properties it becomes a cake walk. The bosses aren't too interesting either, except World 3's, maybe 5's.
Oh yeah >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>NO PLOT DEVELOPMENT<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
They tried at the very end to do it, they tried so hard it made me pity them. Bowser speaks nothing at all, it's like the other Mario games, he just comes ins and ruins everything.
[Spoilers] Shy Guys are numerous. At World 4's boss you have to wait in a live of Shy Guys to get to the roller coaster which takes you to the boss. Shy Guys are in every world.
@koopanhc The only two GC games I have on the shelf next to me are Double Dash and TTYD.
